Rachel is a Kansas native and moved to Knoxville almost 15 years ago. She is married to a local Pastor and they have 4 beautiful children. Rachel brings 18 years of fitness experience and is also a certified personal trainer and FST.

Stephanie has always had a passion for helping others. Stephanie became involved in stretch therapy after seeing the benefits it provided regarding her own lower back pain as well as in her daughter who is a high school runner.

Korinna grew up in Munich Germany and moved to Knoxville from Florida in 2018. After coming to Stretch Fusion as a client, she became amazed with the ability to change lives through movement. It didn’t take long for her to inquire about joining the team.
